In 2014, the Labour Laws in India hadn't evolved as fast as consumer apps and systems, all work done manually. Rahul Vashishth, a globally travelled creative business founder felt this gap when he wanted to implement a system which solves this problem. He realised that there was no intelligent and positive impact solution for employees and Labour Laws Everything else was either vanilla or built for big corporates and was not built keeping in mind, the most valuable asset of any organisation i.e. Employee.
